Judge Douglas Ginsburg, a senior judge on the Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, is an interesting person. In addition to his judicial duties, he is also a law professor (at NYU until recently, now at Scalia Law at George Mason) and now the host and producer of a PBS Series on the Constitution. The show is a three-episode mini-series called A More or Less Perfect Union, and you can watch it online here.

Last week, I had the good fortune to interview Judge Ginsburg about the program in front of an audience here at the University of Chicago. While our conversation might not be as good as the show itself, it was a lot of fun and you can watch it online here. My favorite part was when an audience member asked the judge what were the worst and best things that had happened with respect to the Constitution in the last 30 years.
